Our company can ship just about any piece of DJ, Audio Visual, or Party Rental item, listed in our vast inventory, outside of our local area. We also offer pick up from our warehouses in New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, and Philadelphia.

MAIL ORDER RENTAL POLICY:

• 2 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL RATE
  Although we don’t charge for travel time for our rentals, we must charge a minimum 2-day rental on all rentals which are shipped via courier.
  
  
• CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE or FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE DEPOSIT
  Because we are shipping our equipment out of our local territory, it’s harder for us to verify your information.  For this purpose, we require that all shipped rentals have a VALID Certificate of Insurance on File naming our company as LOSS PAYEE.  If you do not have insurance, we will require the full replacement value of the rented equipment to be placed on file as a security deposit.  This can be satisfied with a credit card or a money order.

• FEDEX EXPRESS
  We only use FEDEX for all of our shipped rentals.  We only ship wherever FEDEX can deliver.  If your in a rural area and Fedex does not provide service to your area, we will not be able to ship to you.  If you have a Fedex account, we can bill the charges to your account.
  
  
• FULL PAYMENT
  The full payment of your rental must be satisfied prior to release.  Please make sure we have everything on file, otherwise it could delay the processing time.
  
  
• RENTAL AGREEMENT ON FILE
  The rental agreement must be on file, and you must include a copy of valid Government issued ID and a copy of the credit card used to pay for the order, as well as the credit card used for the deposit (if applicable).
